Drop-in Rate: $20/class
Find time for some self-care with this series dedicated to cultivating self-love and finding healing within. In this practice, restful, relaxing poses are held for longer periods of time with the support of props to delve deeper than the muscles and help to open up the connective tissues of the body like fascia and ligaments.
Find peace in passive floor poses and explore the supportiveness of props. Explore expansive heart-openers and poses that encourage self-love and acceptance.
Longer holds also allow for a more meditative practice and give the student the space to go inward. When we love ourselves, we are able to find a true sense of self-acceptance and happiness, and thus are able to love others more fully.
Restorative yoga is a very accepting practice appropriate for beginners and advanced yogis alike. Props provided.

About the Teacher
Andi Senatro found Yoga almost a decade ago when the practice of Asana and meditation helped her open her heart to loving herself and to overcome the depression she’d been struggling with her whole life. Andi completed her 230-hour yoga teacher training at Asheville Yoga Center in North Carolina, and she believes in the power yoga possesses to help everyone grow stronger physically, mentally, and spiritually.
Andi loves teaching strengthening postures that develop stability and help support different parts of the body. Andi also has a passion for teaching restorative poses that encourage self-love and care as well as invite the student to turn inward and cultivate peace and healing from within. Her favorite poses are restorative ones like a super supported Supta Badha Konasana, and inversions like Headstand and Wheel.

Tantric Asana Yoga
Thursday, October 5th
6:00 - 8:30 PM
Treat yourself to a regenerative Tantric Asana class with facilitator and RYT, Nora Claire. This is a 2.5 hour exploration that encourages relaxation and sensitivity as a way to open ourselves to the present moment. We will enjoy deep holds, emphasizing the space between each asana as a place for integration and renewal. By slowing down, we allow ourselves to release and receive. Through this practice we cultivate a deeper connection with our mind, body and spirit. Come discover Chado, or "The Way of Tea," at The Yellow Door with tea goddess Mikaela!
A bit about Nora:
Nora's teaching style embodies the principle of asana from the inside out. Deconstructing the ideas of how each pose “should” look, she instead shifts the focus to how each pose feels in the body. Formally trained in the Tantric lineage, she embraces deep relaxation within each pose, emphasizing the space between each asana. She encourages her students to practice with patience, humility and compassion for themselves and for all others. Her humor, ease and comfortability create a safe and sacred space where her students can truly relax into being.
Nora has studied yoga across the United States and throughout Latin America, receiving her 200 hour teaching certification at Durga’s Tiger School of Tantra, Yoga and Shamanism in Tumbaco, Ecuador

Community Kirtan with Shankari and Abeer
Second Friday of Every Month
It's only LOVE. That is what we must tell ourselves to truly tap into the POWER of Bhakti Yoga. Come on a journey to discover the depth of chanting vibrations and their effects on our systems.
In this workshop Shankari and Abeer will deliver knowledge on the subject of the ancient branch of Bhakti Yoga and devotional services. We will then move into chanting together as a group, and understanding the power of "call and response" style music. Understanding Bhajans, or Devotional Songs, allows an individual to successfully open up his or her heart center.
