30-Day Guarantee: The Yellow Door wants you to be fully satisfied with all purchases made from yellowdoorcville.org. If, within 30-days of your original purchase date, you have not used your purchase (e.g. yoga/fitness class pack or acupuncture/personal training session) you can receive a full refund. Partial refunds for services that were partially used (e.g. attend 2 out 5 yoga classes in your 5-Class pack) are not available. Cash refunds are not available and the funds will be credited back to the original payment method. Any shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be paid by The Yellow Door. In order to receive a full refund for physical products, products must be returned unused and in original factory packaging including all paperwork, parts and accessories. Products that have been opened/used will receive a partial refund. The exact refund amount will depend on the condition that the item is received in and will be determined by The Yellow Door. In order for your return to be processed you must include a copy of the original packing slip or purchase receipt. If you cannot send your packing list, please include your order number, billing name, and address with the item. You may use the shipping carrier of your choice and are responsible for all return shipping expenses. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. Returns are processed 5-7 business days after it is received. A confirmation email will be sent once your return is processed.
NOTE: If the service you have purchased is no longer able to be fulfilled by The Yellow Door, you will receive a partial or full refund based on the percentage of the service you have used (e.g. If you purchase a 10-Class pass for yoga/fitness and those services are no longer being offered at The Yellow Door, then you will receive a refund for the part of your purchase you have not already used).
