Improve your relationships & develop mindfulness & compassion through HeartPath: Mindful Relating.
This daylong workshop for deeper relating is for anyone who recognizes the need for change & growth for their relationships to thrive.
HeartPath uses interpersonal mindfulness--witnessing what is showing up in this moment with another-- & sensory-based (somatic) practices to cultivate authentic relating, connection, & mutual awakening. Through authentic relating & seeing the truth in oneself & others, individuals refine the art of listening which is pivotal to deep & satisfying connection. Explore conscious communication to promote aliveness, wisdom, & awareness.
The day includes meditation (personal & interpersonal), mindful movement, & reflective inquiry.
In this workshop you will:
learn embodied meditation techniques for grounding, deepening and expanding awareness.
learn how to establish healthy boundaries while staying open in communication
learn to increase vulnerability and intimacy with others you care about.
Increase your ability to stay grounded and communicate genuinely and compassionately during challenging conversations at home and at work
develop authenticity by recognizing and owning your relational and personal blind-spots that trip you up and lead to impasses in relationships.
tap into body wisdom and expand your awareness to somatic mindfulness.
discover a new way for relationships to continue to grow and deepen.
This workshop is perfect for anyone looking to improve their relationships and deepen authenticity and mindfulness in their communication with others. Absolutely no particular background or experience necessary. This program is a great fit whether you are single, dating or married.
