In this dynamic training process, Geoff combines his experience as a functional movement specialist, certified personal trainer, qi gong instructor, acupuncturist, meditation teacher, martial artist, dancer and certified Integral Professional Coach to offer you a fun and personalized pathway to meet your health and fitness goals.

What does an Integral Fitness Program look like?

Integral Fitness programs look different for each person.  In this initial sessions, I will help you clarify your health and fitness goals and I will also learn about your personality, style, and past exercise experience so that we can co-create a progressive coaching plan that will help you meet your goals and step into a whole new way of being in your body and your life. A big part of this first visit is a functional movement and fitness assessment that will help us target the areas that will offer the greatest leverage.
